YAY,finally im at the 3rd entry of my ussw :D i wanna score well for english!((:
i feel that the picture is interesting.The picture is really artistic.The person who did this toilet signs used alot of creativity and he/she used the right colours to tell which is which!:D if i were a tourist i would be captivated by the signs!:D It tells us clearly where the male,female,babies and handicap toilets are.Some places/countries toilet signs are really very unclear,some people won't be able to tell which is the right toilet they should go to.Even though the signs are in stickman form,i still find it cute and interesting.Not everywhere has such artistic toilet signs.The Jurong Bird Park toilet signs are as hip as the Jurong Bird Park.Maybe someday,i shall bug my parents to bring the whole family there to take a good look at the toilet signs and also enjoy the birds chirping away (: i guess all of us knows that the signs are trying to tell us that the toilet is further down and we're reaching the toilet soon.We can find the signs everywhere.ohyes,thankyou for posting such a interesting picture,do post more interesting pictures that some of us never see before:D hehs!(: you're the best,mrs koh!:D

A most memorable incident that took place in the class.

The most memorable incident that took place in the class was recently.On 16/4/2008,we had music lessons and we have got to split into groups to compose our songs.The people in my group was Rudy,DesmondLim,Charlotte,Cherlyn,Charis,Brandon,Sarah and me.I guessed we crap more than we compose the song.The song we composed about was about our love for Singapore.After composing our song,we all started doing our own stuffs and laugh laugh laugh.Rudy tooked my chip and dale keychain that was hanged on my wallet and hanged it on Desmond's uniform.As all of us know that,Desmond is blur.when Rudy was hanging the keychain he kept giving us that funny expression and we all started laughing.Desmond was blur and we didn't tell him anything about the keychain.When it was hanging on his uniform,he can't feel it untill Brandon told him.laughs*After he tooked out the keychain from his uniform he kept giving us that blur look.Soon after,i wanted to borrow a pen from Desmond so i asked him to lend me his pencil case.His pencil case has many many empty pen shells.It reminded me of someone.Not going to say,if i remember,i shall tell you face to face yea :X When i was looking through is pencil case we found a CLIP inside his pencil case and the whole group started to wonder why he bought a clip to school.Desmond's reply:i was playing with my younger sister clip,helping her to clip her hair.We all started laughing.Rudy took the clip and clip his hair,acting like a girl.When Miss Lam walked by our group,Rudy started to act as though he was innocent.The way rudy acts is funny.When she walk pass our group,Rudy will always take the pen and say : do you all know how to do?understand?The rest of us fine it super funny so we kept laughing.all of us thinks that Rudy can win the best acting award for class 2c or maybe the whole lot of sec 2s.Rudy even change shoe with Cherlyn,comparing their leg sizes.then again,miss lam walked passed and he started acting again.AHAHAHA.this group has really made me enjoy MUSIC lessons alot!:D all the laughters that we had together.til now,i have never forget what had happen the whole lesson during music :X It has been fun looking at Desmond and Rudy's expression.whooooooooohoooooo!i'm looking forward to the next music lesson.

Comments about the class debate that was carried out during EL-MRL Week.

Hello Mrs Koh :D 
The class debate that was carried out during the EL-MRL Week was kindaa fun!:D being one of the judges feels alittle great as i have never ever been a judge before.As a jugde,i dont feel nervous at all but if i were one of the speaker i will definetly feel alittle scared and nervous.Seeing the propostion and opposition speaks.giving marks on their style,content and more.Giving them marks and taking down the relevant notes when being a judge.As a judge we also must give marks fairly to each speaker and not to be bias to the rest.It will also be good if i will get the chance to be one of the speaker.I'm sure i will learn alot of things from the debate being a speaker/judge.Even though debates will get alittle tough as we got to do research and give our feelings on the topic.i guess everything will be paid off by then!(: is good that they time the speakers to be fair with one another.i hope there will be more debates in class and every single one of us gets a chance to try and understand the real meaning of debate.
A debate is a discussion, as of a public question in an assembly, involving opposing.A debate is also a formal contest in which the affirmative and negative sides of a proposition.
Debate is fun because we will know the negative and postitive sides of the topics.even now,geography we are going to have debates.

On 1st December 2007,was my bestfriend's birthday.Her birthday actually falls on saturday and we have got to actually attend church.My cellgroup mate told me that i should try inviting friends over,i brought about 6 friends there.All of them came and go,they did not really wish her a happy birthday.We celebrated her birthday at about 7plus because our service ends around 7.We celebrated after service and inside our church.We bought her a cake and i actually bought her a huge present.It cost costly but is a once in a year thing.Everything was okay.She cutted her cake and made a wish.After she cutted her cake,she was actually asked to say a speech.All my cellgroup mates acted as though they were holding a "microphone" but they were holding bottles to disturb her.Before going for service,i went to her house and gave her some "clues" what is she bringing home.Actually,we stood there and talk and talk and talk.She could not go for service earlier,i went earlier with my cellgroup mates called Alissa and Maggie.We bought her cake and we went off to Expo for our church service.I spend my nights doing her birthday cards as i have got to write many many types of messages.

christmas celebration
Before the day of christmas eve i was rushing my cellgroup presents and also decorating the christmas tree.I had fun decorating the christmas tree,lights were brightly shining on the tree.Star light,star bright.Doing my cellgroup presents were alittle tiring and difficult as each and every one of them has got different message.Every person has got their own message from me,writing the same would be boring.After finishing,i went to bed.

On 24 December 2007,it was Christmas Eve.I celebrated my christmas eve together with my family and cousins.My cousins came over to my house to celebrate.On that day,i helped my mum with alittle of housework when she need help and also rush all the wrapping of presents for my cousins.
After helping,it was evening.We started waiting for them to come and wish them a merry christmas.My mum cooked pasta,yellow rice and etc.During dinner,the adults were chatting and the kids were playing wii.We got to take turns with the adults because there were not enough space for people to sit at the dining area.After dinner,we went off to open all our presents. Everybody got so excited to open their presents.I received about 4 to 5 presents.Two from my aunt and the rest were from my sisters.I didn't have presents from my parents.I was not upset about it because they helped me and they brought me up all this while is Jesus's birthday,it isn't my birthday.After opening all our presents,my cousins went home and when they went home it was 12 am sharp.All of us wished each other Merry Christmas and they went off. 

On 25 December 2007,it was CHRISTMAS!this the season to be jolly,falalalala,lalala.
On that day,i went to my own church to celebrate christmas.I woke up rather early to go to church,the service starts at 12pm and i went there about 1 hour or so earlier as me and my friends needed to queue to enter and also book for seats for my cellgroup mates.They have got thousands over people there,many people cut-queue but me and my friends did not,we waited patiently for the queue to start and went in.They have got drama and also carnival,the drama is called Christmas @ changs.Changs is an departmental stall in the drama.The drama was awesome it tells us about sharing,joy and also giving.Christmas is about giving,sharing and joy.After the drama,we had candle light session.We hold the candle,is nice to see the whole church holding candles as one big family.Lighting and holding the candle means,let the candle bright up our life each day.Cannot remember everything though,i hope i got it correctly.During candlelight ceremony we sang silent night and O holy.The songs are slow but meaningful,every statements meant something.After our candlelight ceremony,our pastor preached how can a service be without preaching right.Pastor told us something meaningful that i broke down into tears and cried,not only me but many people did too.After pastor preached there were altar call.Altar call means : you receive christ,you want to know more about Jesus,you want to start afresh and not backslide again.When altar call ends,the whole service has ended and i went home.I did not go for carnival as i wanted to go home early to rest,tired.

On 12th December it was the last day of camp and also our seniors guaduation night.

went to school as per usual just that it ends 4 hours later.Reached school we went to the class room to put our guitar and everything and we went off for breakfast.The breakfast were pancakes and some hotdog thing wrap with bread and the drink was barley.After finishing our breakfast we went off for guitar practice. Mrcheng put the juniors in another class again.We practiced on our own. Suddendly,we made alot of noise because of stepping of balloons that our vice-chairman,wanling and our chairman,joleen came in and "scolded us" went they went off,we started to practice hard.When is about to have lunch Mr Cheng came in to "spotcheck" on us.I was super bad at playing amazing grace at that time.Mr cheng said this to me : wow shock to see you practicing your guitar eh?goodgood. I replied : ya.shockshock and he replied : is good that the boys did not come and the conversation just went on and on.He suddenly speaked in Chinese, random.He has the chinese accent with him and we told him he sound so cheeee-na!Cheeee-na means china,to me and my friends.After that conversation with him.He taught us how to play some parts of amazing grace and he started walking around to ask if we understand and do we have any more questions to ask him.All of us just replied him : no? If we have got question next time then ask him.After our long long guitar practice we finally went off for our lunch.Lunch was good,cannot remember what we ate though.There were rice,curry chicken,potato,vegetables and more.After lunch,we went back to the classroom and we cleared our guitars and everything we had with us to the D and T void-deck.We went to do our noticeboard again! We slacked,helped,played baby guitar.etc.The “baby guitar” is cute.Sorry,don’t know what is the babyguitar’s name.There is a name to it though.

 

After doing our notice board,we went off for games!games!games!games!games!games!

We played who is the murderer,got to run around like wild people.Just incase the tax collector or whoever catches us.The game was fun though but alot of running and walking is needed.Need to find the "money",need to run away from the tax collector and need to find clue and look for people to ask.If they see us they run,rather tiring but FUN!(:

 

After games,we went off for dinner,our dinner was buffet.Jermima and a guy came early and everything.We prayed and we ate.Me,Jolene,Yinglin and Cheryl was rushing to write a note for our seniors.The buffet was not bad.After the 4 of us ate,we went to the toilet and the school was already so dark.We wanted to scare our seniors but our chairman,Joleen spoiled everything because she wanted us to go back to cut the cake.We went back,and the cake ceremony started.It was ynez,gladys and felicia who cut the cake because their birthday were coming.Our senior,ynez super cute.She used her hand and "covered" the cake and said : i put all my birthday wishes on this cake today.All of us showed her the blur face and she said talking to us so sian.She said wow this is my first birthday cake sia,so happy.After we sang them birthday song they cut the cake without making a wish.Gladys told Ynez you forget to make a wish,Ynez said ohno then she say aiya nevermind make a wish on the cake which is not cut yet.That is what she did!

 

After cutting the cake,the 4 of us went back to our sits to finish the messages and the seniors all very funny,they was so damn desperate to see the goodies.Especially Jessica and Vanessa.They ran like mad but have to thank the sec 2 seniors for helping us to hide away from them by blocking.Yinglin and Cheryl was super rush in putting the messages in the goodies.After putting i quickly put it back to the paperbag and Jolene suddenly came out with this plan "hide the presents" and ask them to find theirs themselves.We did what she said and it was super funny.The seniors all so rush one and Vanessa found hers she was super happy and Ynez suddenly sit on the floor and shouted "wo bu yao wan le!" then me and Yinglin was telling her,hey yours is like the most obvious one ?We gave her a clue,it was just on top of the water cooler.Gladys found hers,left with Jessica.We hide it under the tree.She was the last to find it and all this seniors are cute.They must come back to visit us no matter what!(: we must get gold or gold with honours for syf 2009![: After they found we went back,briefing and cleared up stuffs.Went home with Jolene and Cheryl.

On the  11th December it was my second day of my guitarcamp.Many of my good friends did not turned up.They have got their special reason or they ponned.Marvin and Linette came while Jolene and Sean did not turn up.Before going straight to school,i met my goodfriend Cheryl at interchange and we went to school together.When we reached school,we went to the classroom for guitar practice.After a short while of practice,we went off for breakfast.When we finished our breakfast,we went back to the classroom for practice.We practiced till about 1pm.I did not slack alot during the second day of practice as many of my goodfriend was not here and the practices were kind of bored.
When the clock turns to 1pm,we went off for lunch.Cannot really remember what we ate during the second day of camp.After our lunch,we went back to the classroom to pack up our stuffs and went off to the d&t void-deck.We went there to decorate our guitarclub noticeboard.We did not change our guitarclub noticeboard for years.We started to think of what to do and how to decorate the noticeboard.We did our best and tried to do as nice as we could.After decorating we played "waterbombb" game.We did not really had the chance to play as it started raining |: We only could play for about 5 to 10mins.After that we stopped playing,we had briefing and we went home.
Guitar camp day 2 was not as fun as guitarcamp day 1.I still love guitarclub and mine seniors.

On the 10^th,11^th and 12^th December, I went back to school for guitarclub camp. The camp is from morning till evening. We wasn’t allowed to stay over because the teachers thinks that is dangerous. I woke up late but I was not late for the camp because my bestfriend’s dad actually offered me to take his car to school. When I reached school, I was really happy to see all my goodfriends around me,especially my clique. It was early early in the morning,my friends were still half sleeping or yawning. All of us were still in the “holiday mood”. We could not fell asleep because the sun was brightly shining at us like a torch light (:

11th December 2007 :D (guitarcamp day one)

On the first day of camp,my good friend, marvin didnt come because he has not dyed back his hair back to black. Sean,cheryl,jiehui,Jolene,yinglin,amanda came[: Linette didnt come too because she did not know that we actually had guitarcamp. Mr cheng, our instructor,gave us a new piece of song to practice which is called : amazing grace sounds familiar right!:D is a christian song and i think there is many people who hear that song before.
 

Reached and we went to classroom,our vice-chairman collected our concent form on the behalf of our chairman because she was not around. Mr cheng wanted us to learn at least 4 chords or so then go for breakfast.all of us learnt and went for breakfast. breakfast were sandwiches and samosa[: the girls shared cause we could not finish,the drink we had was milo.

after breakfast. We went back to the classroom for guitar practice all the way till 1pm! All of us 50% slack and 50% practice. I think we slack more.We do practice hard!(: 

After practicing,we went off for lunch.Can't really remember what we ate for lunch though.I only can remember that we ate rice,egg and i don't know what else.After lunch,we went off for our GAMES!games!games!games!games!we played many different time of games.The first game we played was a juniors "vs" seniors game.The game goes like this we were suppose to guess who is behind the sleeping bag.When they say 1,2,3 they revealed it,whoever shouts the name first wins.and the slower person will have to go to the faster person team.

The second game we played  was a catepillar game.There will be numbers on the floor.number 1-15 we are not allowed to leave any numbers blank.every number must be filled with a person at least.If  we  touch the floor the whole catepillar got to restart from number one.When we finishes we must sing a song.The game is kind of hard but really fun! i dont know how to explain games by typing.sorry.

The third game we played was a "balloon tail" game.We have got to be in teams with all of our balloons infront of our tummy and walk as a team.If one person drops the balloon,everything must be restarted.We got to walk and collect our names that are place at the second end of the floor.The team that picks up the names of the members fastest win the game.

The last game we played was a game called honey,do you love me?In reply the person must not laugh and say honey,i love you but i can't laugh.if the person laughs he/she has to be the one asking honey,do you love me.i kept laughing till i need to do twice of forfeit.One of it is the chicken dance and another one was ballerina action or something.gosh,but it was awesomely fun!The seniors make exciting games for us and everything(: 
If i have got the chance to plan games for my cellgroup or anything i will use this games as one of my games cause its really fun!

After all the games,we went  back to class and discuss what to do to attract sec ones to join us next year.Discussed finish already,the vice-chairman gave us a 10mins of break.During the 10mins of break,i went to take pictures with my friends.When the 10mins ended,we went back to the classroom to discuss further and we were all dismissed(:
